What we collect, why, and where it goes. Effective 2026-09-21.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email if you give one, your street address and postal code, and details about your home — bedrooms, bathrooms, rough size, the kind of clean you want, a preferred date and any notes. If you call, we see your number, and calls may be recorded; you'll hear a notice at the start.

Why

To price your clean, book it, send a cleaner to the right place, and follow up about that booking. Nothing else.

Where it goes

Your quote request is stored in a private spreadsheet and emailed to the owner. It is not sold, rented or shared with anyone except the cleaner assigned to your booking, who gets the address and the details needed for the job. We don't use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or cookies on this site.

Your choices

Ask and we'll delete your details, correct them, or tell you what we hold.Send the request through the quote form with "privacy" in the notes, or call.

How booking, payment and cancellation work is on the terms page.
